l ' omelette brouillee
This is my first attempt at a olemlette , tasted nice . the instruction in Julia Child book were very helpful on how to mnage the pan. Over all happy with the result

Sauces
The first sauce I attempted from her book is sauces brunes a brown sauce. this proved to be time consuming as it took 2 hours to simmer but the taste was lovely. Will have to master degreasing but

I added roast potatoes which cooked with the chicken in the oven & beans
General opion is "good enough , better than Kentucky fry " from the person who dosnt cook( Jarrod)
